This is once again customisable and can be designed around what best fits the department’s needs.

Departments will find that they will soon have a significant amount of data stored and will at some stage need to access files within this data set. Data can be searched for using various filters, making it a quick and easy process. These include:

Sharing data which has been captured needs to be a straightforward yet secure process to protect evidence authenticity. This sharing can either be done internally
within the TOKIE BOXX or externally via download links. Internal sharing allows for sharing within the same department between various users who all have access to the TOKIE BOXX. This may be between superiors, different regions or sub-departments. External sharing allows for sharing to take place between various departments who may or may not be utilising the TOKIE BOXX, e.g. EMS and SAPS, EMS and Metro, EMS and Attorneys, etc. It is up to the relevant department as to how this sharing process should take place and which user authority levels are entitled to do this.
